Third Russian Biennale for Young Architects


Work-Life Balance FOUNDATION is an office and recreational space in the center of Kazan. The project is based on the concept of workplace well-being: mental and physical health maintenance. The space is multifunctional yet designed and equipped to be free of any kind of noise.

Awards

The project is divided roughly into two parts: SOFT and HARD.

SOFT is functional-planning solutions that allow buildings to perform efficiently and stay up to date for a considerable time.

HARD is the physical embodiment of buildings put up in simple and comprehensible materials and forms that will never turn old.
